Yes, 17x8.5".
You mentioned you feel the difference going from the stock 7.5 inch wheels to the 8.5” Raptor rims. Feel better/worse/ or just different?
Thanks

It's widened the contact patch some and the tire is a little stiffer having that extra bit of wheel underneath. I don't get as much float on the front end which I thought was interesting.

Understand….would think that is a good thing. Always hated the floaty felling on my full size trucks.

Ordered the method 703 matte black wheels for my truck. Will be mounting them with Nitto Terra Grappler G3’s, 265/70/17 (31.6”) Tires. Should look similar to pics below and tire will be about a 1/2’ wider and taller then the stock lariat wheels. Looking to mimic the setup I had on my 21 Tremor. Will post pics when done next week.

I've heard good things about the G3 Terra Grapplers, look forward to your feedback on them.

I had them on my Colorado Z71 this winter and they were really good.

Got these wheels put on today. I transfered the Wrangler 255/70s over at Discount Tire for $90. Here is the clearance between the knuckle and tire. As expected, the section width increased from the wheel size change. Looks like about half the distance I used to have. You feel the extra inch on the wheels and how it affects the tire.

Did you ever measure how much clearance you have with them mounted? Now that you’ve had them a few weeks, any issues with rubbing? Have you aired down any to see if the clearance is too narrow? I’m looking to move down to a 17” wheel so I have more options in the OEM tire size and torn between these, buying XLT wheels online somewhere, or going with like a Method 703 with a slightly lower offset. Unless you change tire size, the 18” OEM size really doesn’t have much that’s appealing and 3peal rated beyond a Trail Terrain or Wildpeak Trail.

Gave up on the factory wheels and went with these. 8.5 wide with 35mm offset. 265/70/17. Nice stance and are right at the edge of the factory mudflaps. Plenty of clearance inside as well.

I really like that. Are those wheels the 703s in black? Also, thoughts on the factory OEM mudflaps? These are the ones you have?

I think if I stay with the OEM 18" wheels, I'm going to move to Trail Terrains this winter at least to get 3 peaks for the snow.

I've probably got 1/8". No rubbing anywhere. I haven't aired down or anything outside of recommended psi.

Yep Method 703 in Matte Black….OEM Mudflaps are decent. Good coverage but could be a bit wider. Easy to install and the rears have Ford embossed on them. They go on with plastic push in rivets so you cant really move them around to level out, they do cover up the wheels wells higher than most others.

Looks quite good. Are those the OEM flaps too? They look longer than OHTREMOR’s
Thanks. Those are the Gatorback ones from Ford accessories - expensive but they have held up well on our '22.
