Trim Pad - Ford (N1WZ-26046A34-AA

Tasca shows this as a dash trim piece, I can’t tell if it is the XLT trim piece or the Lariat. If it is the XLT, I think I would buy both the Lariat glove box and the trim piece and attempt to fit the XLT trim on.
I am willing to be the guinea pig on this stage.

That is the trim peice for the XLT. The one for the Lariat is N1WZ-26046A34-LB it looks like. If you're willing to give that a try go for it! I wasn't willing to risk breaking the new part before I had even tried installing it

@Aberk25 thanks for doing this! Ordered the part.

@fordgt thank you for taking the next step. Look forward to seeing if that trim piece will work.

Planning on swapping the leather trim out for the xlt trim on the truck. I looked and theres seperate part numbers on both

That's it, and same as what i paid through Tasca. Complete assembly as shown in the pictures I posted when it arrived
What was your shipp on the one part? They want $71 to ship the 2 dash pieces we have been talking about.

Apparently it is that separate XLT trim piece that jacks up the shipping for some stupid reason. Just the glove box is $13. Can’t imagine why a smaller part jacks the price so much. Going to call one of them M
Perhaps it's not your home address, or if it is, you don't care. It's visible in the price snip you shared. Shipping from Lakeland Ford is only $17 and prices don't look bad.

Okay back to guinea pig status. I ordered both the glovebox and XLT trim piece from Lakeland Ford $117 for both parts including tax and shipping.
Probably going to see if my kid can help, he is a master body tech. I’ll keep you posted.

I'm kind of stunned by the price too. It really puts the cheap plastic center console inserts and what the third parties charge for them into a new light. And I don't mean to speak ill of any 3rd party because I appreciate having things available for our trucks, but $50-something for this glove box and upper dash trim is crazy in comparison.
