Ford Performance Calibration Dealerships near San Diego CA or Scottsdale AZ

Hello fellow Raptors,
Couple questions, looking for a workaround for good ol CommieFornia.
1. Anyone in the SoCal area (San Diego or LA) who knows of a dealership that will do install of the 24 Ranger Raptor Performance Calibration if we advise the vehicle is only used for off road purposes? Or else auto shop that has an ASE certified tech to do the install?

2. If not, anyone know of a ASE certified auto shop or Ford Dealership near Scottsdale that is doing these installs?

3. I understand these or 49 State approved (excluding Commiefornia). AS this doesn't seem to actually cause bad emissions, does anyone know if this would actually fail an emissions test done in California, and if so, how or why (other than a sticker on that's put on the engine bay that says 49 state approved)?

Rodeo Ford Peoria AZ did mine. $180 and I made an appointment and waited for it.

GoodSpeed Performance in Scottsdale did mine. They are good guys over there, my shop is right up the street but my techs ASE cert is expired

After speaking with Ford, I understand that installation on a California-registered car automatically voids the Ford factory warranty. Anyone else hear that?

Sounds like the rep just pulling an answer out of their ass - I’d argue there’s no legal standing for them to void a warranty for that. It’s their own approved product and the California restriction is a seperate issue. California law says trucks are supposed to have mud flaps and no after market window tint, yet a Ford Ranger without mud flaps (how most come) or having window tint doesn’t void the warranty to a California registered car, so how would a product offered by Ford (and especially if installed by Ford or an approved tech) void it for that? Even if Ford tried to not honor the warranty that wouldn’t hold up in civil court.

Good luck I’m in So Cal so far the dealers I talked to said they cant install due to smog / CARB issues in CA
