It seems that the material of the US spec is real leather. The Thai spec seat material is plastic (PU Leather), which is easier to upholster with a better finish.Thai built trucks , seat covers are perfect.
maybe an American supplier issue .
covers are just not taught enough which suggests there to big .
That looks horrible.Similar issues. Pic taken at 60 miles (a week old Ranger Raptor) Seat stiching is wobbly. It looks like the inserst are stiched by a 5 y/o. It is not even round. See pics

Photos before purchase won’t matter. My seats looked good before I bought it. After a week of owning it the seats look terrible now.This is a wide spread issue that Ford must be aware of, easily remedied with a different design or replace them with a fix. Please don't muck all of us that purchase your products or likely we'll all be going with a different manufacturer. A simple bulletin stating that you're aware and will address anyone with these issues would be expected. I'll be expecting photos from my dealer before I complete the purchase of my RR. The wrinkles on the front center around the velour is simply wrong.
