Update on the decal : Ford Australia have discontinued the decal pack as an option. You cannot buy a Raptor in Aus with decals any longer except the Raptor wording. Would love to know the reasoning behind this as 50% of the early ones have it but i guess at a $500 Aus optional extra there losing...

Not true , only US built trucks have this quality issue .

Sorry mate no pics local ford repaired it under warranty. took 3 visits and a lot of perseverance with a load of red herrings but they got there.

Yes Mine had the same issue . It was pin 9 connection on the ecu on mine Replaced pin and bravo . Has stuck in my mind as it has been the only fault / issue to date .

OP this issue is not present on the Thai built RHD trucks I have and have seen . wondering if it’s an issue with US LHD dash builds .

You clearly know nothing of Raptors if you think there is an actual cost of 2k over a bog standard truck. There is very little parts wise on a raptor that is the same as a XLT for example. Chassis , body panels , suspension , interior , exhaust , engine , Wheels and tires , intercooler ...

Stay away from any gravel or stones when running no side steps . tyres throw lots of debris up and the side steps save the body from the front wheels .

I will hit up my local dealer to see if I can source them in Oz . Shipping items for a couple of members to the US from suppliers here so few stickers should not be a problem . Will advise if it’s available separately and how much of a kidney they want for it .

Think there all faux leather . but to be honest I prefer it . it’s very forgiving and mine has had some abuse but still cleans up like new. it doesn’t scratch like leather or crack.

That’s the worst I have seen. it’s odd because this issue is not present with the Thai built trucks , seat covers are perfect. maybe an American supplier issue . covers are just not taught enough which suggests there to big .
