I thought I was being picky, but on my local Ranger Raptor group, I heard other complaints about it.
There is a very subtle clicking noise coming from the drivers seat belt column, but as it is so close to the ear, it's easily heard. If I pull hard on the handle for the rear passenger, the noise stops. I already removed the seat belt bolt and column trim but found no obvious cause.

I uploaded a video recorded on my car and on a friend's car.

Has anyone fixed the problem yet? Any tips?

Thanks!

Yeah driver's side and passenger side does it.

Does it go away with the trim pulled off? Like a lot of the clip points on this truck, Tessa tape will be required to shut them up.

It did not go away without the trim. The only way I can make it go away is having the rear passenger grab handle in place and pulling it while driving! It looks like it something in between the body panels.

"Hi, I am also going crazy trying to figure out the cause of this annoying noise. Even if I pull the handle, I don't hear it anymore. Before the Raptor, I had a RR Evoque with the same problem. I solved the issue by dismantling the trim and putting foam insulating tape on all the plastic contact points of the trim with the bodywork. I tried to do the same thing on my Raptor, but unfortunately, it didn't solve anything!!!"

My Italian its not the best, I didn't understand when you pull the handle if the noise stops or not. On mine when I pull the handle it stops. But if I just unscrew the handle and remove it, the noise continues as before.

My impression is that when I pull hard on the handle, some metal panel behind the trim might flex a little bit making the noisy gap disappear.

I apologize to everyone... I had translated with Google Translate but I pasted in Italian instead of English... I'll paste the translation now:
"Hi, I'm also going crazy trying to find out the cause of this annoying noise.
Even if I pull the handle I can't feel it anymore. Before the Raptor I had a RR Evoque with the same problem. I solved the problem by dismantling the molding and putting sponge insulating tape on all the plastic contact points of the molding with the bodywork. I tried to do the same thing on my Raptor but unfortunately it didn't solve anything!!!"

For Cacciola:
pulling the handle stops the noise

I got the car back today, the dealership solved it, I asked them what they did and their answer was "we put more pressure on the retaining clips". I hope it helps you solving it.

So I asked them once more and they said that it's the Steel Clips that holds the plastic trim (black cover) in place. They have a spring effect, so they bent the clips outward a little bit so they would have more strength holding the trim in place.

The car with the red belt its not mine, its from a friend here from Brazil, actually its not red. The company who makes them, starts with a white belt and dye them to match exactly the code orange accents from the interior.

Hi, I have had my new 2024 Ranger Wildtrak less than a month with less than 500 miles on the clock and I have the same issue. It has been back to the dealership about it. They said the handle was loose but it still rattles.
I have stripped all the centre trim panels off and the rattle is still there. It is like the inner / outer panels are rubbing and the spot welds aren’t tight enough? I have put foam inside the B pillar to try and stop it but this hasn’t helped.

I had this rattle too. It’s the metal plates where they are spot welded together for the handle bracket.
Open the handle bolt covers and get a 1/4” 8mm socket on the bolt with a long extension. Then get a hammer, A smallish hit on the end of the extension bar down onto the bolt will stop it rattling. Do it on both bolts. Make sure they are still tight after hitting them.
Easy fix and it never happened again.

Nothing seems to work for me. Tried the hammer, and the metal clip. Rattle still there
