For the front struts I left the circlip at the lowest position, installed the supplied Bilstein collar adapter, installed the spring perch; coil spring; bump stop + plastic boot; and top hat from the Ranger suspension and threw it all back under the truck! Everything worked well except for trying to get the sway bar back in place. The sway bar on the Ranger has end links that mount above the bar on the knuckle so I may need to find some adjustable shorter end links as the sway bar just barely fouls on the lower control arm at full droop. Definitely remove the axle nuts and pop the cv axles loose from the knuckle if you attempt this as you won’t have enough movement in the lower control arm without it. Otherwise everything fit up perfect!

For the sway bar links, I got new ones that came with the level kit for the 2024.

Yep just used the stock coil springs, spring perches, top hats, and bump stop/dust boot

I also used the Bilstein supplied spring perch collar (~ 1-1/4” tall) under the coil spring perch. The Bilstein instructions said to use it if you didn’t have Sasquatch package coil springs from the bronco, so I used it!

Installed 2.5 inch levelling kit and 305/70/17 Ridge Grapplers on RTR 17x9 0 offset wheels. Only had to remove the crash bars and cut an inch off where the mudflaps would go.

Anyone know how to do a speedo recal? Does Forscan work on 2024 Rangers yet?
