Not yet tested on the 24 to my knowledge…watching it.
Since it plugs into the 7 pin socket, and the trailer cord plugs into the Echo, it is separate from the truck.
It works off of your cell phone bluetooth.

That is a great option but I was looking for something not needing my cell phone.

Towing with our RR has been really nice, much better than our previous 3 tow vehicles with a similar weight trailer. Previous tow vehicles were’18 Tacoma TRD Off-road, ‘21 Jeep Rubicon diesel and a ‘23 Bronco Badlands 2.7 Sasquatch. All had good qualities and bad. The RR is much more comfortable and that extra power really makes a difference up mountains and steep grades without overheating problems. The diesel had fabulous power, but a lot of electrical problems and running hot made it unreliable in my opinion, made us feel afraid to be off road. Taco, buzzy transmission, under powered and bad gas mileage. Bronco was good, ran cooler and but still a bit warm for my liking. Most of these newer vehicles seem to be designed to run hotter than previous vehicles.
The Raptor won’t tow as much with the soft off road suspension, but the power for my needs and size of trailer way makes up for any weight limitations. I don’t have to watch temperature gauges and wonder if it’ll derate, just go! Trailer is ‘24 Lance Enduro 1200 IK, about 3500 pounds dry and 41-4200 loaded. Handles like a dream, even panic stop from 75-80 mph!

Addendum, talking about the Curt Echo, I’ve used it for thousands of miles, works great, no problems, I trusted it!

Towing a caravan with a ATM of 3500kg, which when load is around 3200kg GTM. Full Setup is around 6250kg GCM under the 6400kg GCM, Vehicle setup not standard, suspension upgrades, 33" tires and a range of other modifications. Have found on my vehicle that the 10R80 transmission has a heat sink issue at slow speeds after driving for some distance, have now installed a PWR transmission cooler in front of radiator for better air flow cool, seems to work with temps way better.

Which coupler do you have? Like it?

Your chains are WAY too long, they need to have only enough slack to not bind in turns, this way they will catch and hold the coupler if it disconnects (without hitting the pavement). Remove as much length as necessary where they bolt to the tongue.

IF they still hang down a lot, use a regular bungee cord, 18”or 24”, hang it over the ball mount and hook the ends to the chains and to the breakaway cable. This keeps them well off the ground and will still allow them to move when turning. Plus it will look more professional.

Secure the 7 pin harness and the breakaway cable up high!!!! Use rubber padded clamps or extra bungees and loop the excess length on top of the tongue.

Here is my (gone) trailer with Treg monoblock coupler. the chains rarely touched the ground.

Dragging chains spark forest fires! A dragging harness can chafe through, short out, and blow fuses in your truck!

Can you post a closeup pic of your hitch? Thanks…

Towed a ~3500lb small camper with my RR. Got about 12 MPG. Felt great with the load. Towing mode is very nice with all of the options and alerts and automatic camera views when you use blinkers. I've also towed my sand rail with the RR, but it only weighs 1300lbs so it was barely noticeable.

If you would like a wireless controller without needing your cell phone, have a look at the Tekonsha Prodigy RF. I used one on several vehicles and it worked great. The controller mounts to the trailer and the remote plugs into a 12v jack. Here its a link etrailer.com

So far all I've pulled is my small boat. At 1500lbs it was barely even noticeable. I'm looking forward to pulling the racecar sometime soon. It will be closer to 5200lbs, so will be a good test for the Raptor. Based on CarExpert's review of the truck pulling fully loaded I'm expecting it to be pretty competent.
