Says no window sticker yet ----- does that mean it is not built ?
Your VIN is generated at the time your truck was scheduled. Consider your VIN as an entry in a database and the VIN is just a look up number. So, rendering the window sticker is nothing more than a retrieval of the data of your truck, like options, shipping, blend date.... So, the lack of a sticker does not indicate build status but more likely a timing issue. I would expect it to be there in a fairly timely manner but maybe wait a little longer before the site has access to your VIN data.

Just a guess and I apologize if I am speaking too remedially but there are a lot of new members here with varying levels of understanding of how all this stuff works.

Are people still waiting for non raptor versions?
My dealer has Rangers sitting on the lots and the fee is down to 100 dollars this week. I bet fees are gone real soon.

I just looked they have a XL, (3) xlt and (2) lariats with 2 in transit.

I am going to go test drive one maybe this week or next. I am not buying yet I want to see if prices drop.

Thanks for the reply - yes, I am one of those new members trying to wrap my head around how all of this works. Querying the dealer unfortunately gets me nowhere. I am surprised they don't have more insight into how your order is progressing.

Yes and no for me. Yes, I still have a 24 Ranger Lariat 500A FX4 2.3L EB order that went "in production" on 1/17 (154 days ago) and is still not "built" yet. No, I have no intention of accepting the order. I went with plan B which was a new 23 F-150 Lariat 502A FX4 3.5L PB which I got for effectively only $2500 more than what I agreed to pay for the Ranger.

Also, the status page, what everybody is calling the pizza tracker, has the option to click on the window sticker. That never worked for me, but this page does work.

Thank you ................. tried that yesterday and no cigar ................ tried just now and there it is !! Does that indicate it is built now even tho Ford still says "in production" ??
If I remember correctly from I had ordered a Bronco the window sticker typically shows up at the beginning of your build week but does not mean that it has been fully built yet

No, but if you look at the top of your sticker you will see the word blend with a number. In my case the blend was, 320240409. Ignoring the first number, you can see the date of 2024.04.09 (YYYY.MM.DD). That is the date your truck body and frame were or will be built and also all your modules will become active. So, if you have a blend date of say 2024.06.20 then your truck will be built tomorrow. Could slip a day or so depending on Production line issues.

This link will show all the modules associated to your truck. Once you see them that will indicate your truck has been built. Really nothing more about it except more confirmation that your truck has moved out of the being-built phase.

Index - FordServiceInfo.Com (motorcraftservice.com)

But the 'In Production' status is kind of general and it appears to include QA. So, depending on whatever QA finds, your truck could sit for days, weeks, months. Many on this forum have given up on their trucks that sat for months and found a truck pretty close to one they ordered as far back as May of last year.

The 'In Production' status is the black hole of statuses because it goes in and can sit without any explanation from Ford as to why your truck is sitting there. Most everyone here agrees that the wait would be less painful if Ford would explain what the delay is.

The Pre and Post 'In Production' statuses are fairly straight forward and things tend to move routinely. Usually, but no guarantees. I see you are in Oregon and so most likely your window sticker shows rail at the bottom left. It could take a while to get it from MAP to your dealer, but you can track it. There are rail codes that correspond to the one on your window sticker. Search these threads to find the rail code spreadsheet if you want to go down the proverbial rabbit hole.

But maybe you will be one of the lucky ones and get your truck in a timely manner. Whatever that is to you.

Good luck.

How many modules total when done? Currently mine is displaying 2 modules. PCM AND BCE. But blend date is 6-20-2024.

What you see there are the two types of modules, not the actual modules. Only BCE modules will be populated. No PCM. And, if I recall correctly, the tear tag at the top may not be there right away. But if you have a blend date of 6/20 then those modules won't show up until a day, two or three after your blend date. Assuming no Production delays on the line for your blend date. Even if your truck is not built until 6/21, your blend date on your window sticker will not change. Once built then the BCE modules, hundreds of them will show up, then your tear tag. Then you wait and maybe wait some more for your status to change.

I went out to a local Ford dealer website and used a VIN that is in stock there. Any VIN will do, I used this one: 1FTER4HH6RLE25277. What you see there is typical of what you will see when yours is built.

Mine is a 6/12 blend and went into production last Wednesday, modules popped up and tear tag populated the afternoon of Friday the 14th. No status change yet this week but also have a spray in liner that has to be done post production line. Then the QC/built status roulette wheel hoping it gets onto a rail car in short order.

Share some photos of your truck, I'm waiting on the identical build.

2024 XLT FX4 Azure Gray Tri-Coat
Finally found a build very close to my order; XLT azure gray tri-coat and the FX4 instead of 4x4 Sport, and paid about 1k under sticker, then added bedliner and of course those pesky processing fees. Still, very happy. Checked, the doors, hood, interior fittings; all good. The drive compared to my 2020 is night and day. Pick it up Friday night after bedliner is done.
