Plus d'infos sur le jb4 est-ce mieux maintenant ? Merci.

Hello non rien de neuf sur le JB4 si ce n'est qu'il n'agit que sur le boot et non sur l'ouverture du papillon des gaz..
if they have a dyno diagram, it will be better... what is the name?Hi there!
I recently had an interesting conversation with a shop specializing in Ford Mustangs. They claim to easily remove the NOS limitation (this is how they refered to the EU emissions limitation) on the Ranger Raptor, bringing it back to normal specs for a fee of €350 ($400). Their confidence in this service caught my attention, but I wanted to get some input from the knowledgeable community here.
According to the shop, they won't replace any parts or modify serial numbers, making it undetectable by the dealer and ensuring it won't void the warranty. They did mention a crucial point: any dealer updates to the ECU during regular service will erase the changes and revert the car back to EU specs. They recommend waiting until after the first service before considering any reprogramming.
I'm curious to hear your thoughts. Does this sound realistic, or are they being overly optimistic? Based on the valuable feedback I've received from this community, it seems like there might be more complexities involved in ECU reprogramming than meets the eye.
Looking forward to your insights!
I'd bet there are many others (myself incuded) that would be excited by this...Now I am excited![]()
I am not sure that it is that easy. For one, there are hardware differences between the EU and non-EU models, such as the particulate filter. There may be other differences in the engine, like injectors, turbos, etc.Strange that no one can brake the ecu for tuning. I wonder if a ecu with full potential works on our europe cars? And we could just swap them out when going to the garage.
Particulate filter is correct. The rest is the same i think.I am not sure that it is that easy. For one, there are hardware differences between the EU and non-EU models, such as the particulate filter. There may be other differences in the engine, like injectors, turbos, etc.
I guess that is the big question, is everything besides the particulate filters the same? I don't know, and I have heard differing opinions. But if there are differences, then that might be a limiting factor when looking for power equivalency with the non-EU versions.Particulate filter is correct. The rest is the same i think.
I have seen couple companies in Australia that doing ECU remapping already. I don’t think that non EU version is more protected by ford vs non European version. Anyway I’m using at the moment DTE chip and car is much more lively compared to stock.looking

hi.Hi,
do you still like the dte chip? Would like a powerbox too. But i do not trust powerboxes too much.more people have good experience with these?
Thanks.
