Checked out 2024 Ranger Lariat @ OKC Auto Show

Had a Lariat ranger unlocked with power on. Was great to be able to climb all over it. Wow they look way better in person. Great having full power seats, fold flat rear seat, memory driver seat, bed that can fit sheet of plywood, etc.

Tacoma is sportier inside, but not as refined or comfortable and rear seat room was terrible. Definitely glad that I went with a raptor over a trd pro.

Was nice you could get in and try out everything in the Ranger and tacoma. Did nit like frontier at all. Better than they used to be, but still cheap looking. No colorado or canyon at car show.

Hated the grill online, but in person looked great, especially since painted magnetic grey on Lariat sport. Far more massive and less sissy looking in person.

They had a 24 tremor f150 that looked bad a--. If I was going full size truck, I'd be all in on it. Couldn't get good interior pics as it was on an elevated display and off limits. But what I could see looked great.

If I don't like the RRAPTOR, which I highly doubt, the 24 f150 tremor would be my next truck.

I'm not usually a hot pepper red fan, but on the ranger, it looked really good.

The shifter isn’t the electronic shifter that is typically in the Lariat trim build. I just want people to be aware that these auto show builds are not production models. Most of the features are identical, but don’t expect 100% the same truck when you receive your delivery.

The examples of the Lariait w/o the E-shifter have all been 2WD from what I've seen.

The front driver's seat was almost all of the way back. And it had far more room than the Tacoma. Seemed like 3 or 4 inches. But it had no more room than my Ranger tremor that I have now.

I just can't get on with those Lariat wheels. I can't stand directional wheels that only go one direction. They should be left/right specific. I know it saves them some production cost, but it reminds me of something you'd see on a Kia.

To me, the XLT has much nicer wheels, and really is just a better-looking truck overall. Which will save me some money when the time comes...

I believe the color is magnetic gray it looks darker on the carbonized gray Rangers as they look 2 tone.

That Lariat has to be 4x4 for the e shifter
