Retired and busier than I ever was when working
Well, not just today but over the past week I have added:
- ASS eliminator
- LOTS of Forscan changes
- Weathertech mudflaps front and rear
- Tempered Glass screen protector
- Muslogy center console organizer
- installed an old receiver hitch step insert

Tomorrow the truck goes in for a spray-in bed liner.

I have some American flag letter inserts on the way for the tailgate embossing. I'll be stopping by a 4WD shop to inquire about a leveling kit too.

I think mudflaps are a must on this truck with the K03's or any serious off-road tire. The moment you go in mud or gravel, they fling rocks and mud everywhere. The rocker panel up front would get eaten alive!

The side steps stop most of it. I've been off road a lot with my Raptor. But, my truck is no beauty queen.

Good to know. Sometimes I have to laugh at the things people nitpick in some of the reviews. Most of them complained about the side steps because it's not specific to hard core crawling like sliders.

Yet not one of them mentioned that fact. Nobody commented about short statured spouses that appreciate the steps, or children etc. (well one guy did). Can't please everyone, but I think the stock side steps are a good option and if you want a more crawler-oriented truck throw on some aftermarket sliders to buy a different vehicle that's oriented more towards just crawling.

So far in my limited experience, the RR does a good job all around but also does something way better than any of the others, high speed stuff. It's a very versatile truck even as it comes stock.

Never in this world will you have a perfect vehicle. Even the masterpiece that was LFA had critics.

Hey everyone.
Added awning and tent yesterday, love that setup so far.
Now onto rain window deflectors and some performance upgrades…

Does your tonneau cover roll on top of the bed or under? I have a roll on top one and was wondering if it clears the bed rack sides?

the top of the cover rolls flush with the top of bed, inside a track. The bed cover rests on top of the tracks that guide the cover.
I’m attaching pictures hoping it helps. Let me know if you’d like some clearer pictures with more details.

Thanks for the additional pics. If you wouldn't mind and when you have a free moment. Can you measure the width inside between the vertical rack rails 8" up from the tonneau cover? Mine rolls on top and when fully rolled up to back window is about 8" high. Wanting to know if the sides on the tonneau cover will clear the vertical rack rails at that height since they lean in some towards the bed. Thanks

Very nice. I have the Bak Revolver X4ts roll up cover. Is your rack using t-slots? Can't quite tell from the pix.
If so... what rack is that?
Thanks....

Looks great, BHunted1, thanks for the pictures! Where did you purchase the front red hook covers from?
