Ford Performance Tune - 4A, AdvanceTrac off, Baja Exhaust, brake boosting to ~14psi.

Nice job! You have the fastest 0-60 that I’ve seen so far. I didn’t know you can brake boost to 14 psi. what was the temperature, elevation and DA?
The dragy normally shows that.

4.88 is the fastest you've seen so far? My post must've got deleted. I'll try to get a few runs in tomorrow or Monday and post again.

This time make sure it is in your Ranger Raptor and not the F150 Raptor R.

Mine will brake boost to 21 psi and the jump from 14 is very quick. Mashing the brake and the gas will do so. I've seen mention of pulling through the brakes. I've only had that concern if I'm not hard on them. Launching at 21 psi causes too much wheel spin though after which it falls on its face briefly when they hook. 0-60 usually ends up in the 5.0 to 5.1 range.

Yeah some of my runs do and some don't...not sure why as they say valid even without. Another run from a few minutes later was 70f, elevation 66ft, and DA 877ft.

Officially in the 4‘s club! This truck is too much fun!

If we could get some cooler weather, it’d help. Mine rolled over 2k miles and it feels faster. Maybe there’s a break in period where you don’t get all the power 🤷🏾‍♀️ .

That thing is flying! So what is exactly done to yours? I see the tune is HP tuners.. I’m guessing tune, bigger turbos, downpipes , fuel injectors? Also wouldn’t you make more power on E85 vs pump gas? I ask because on the video it shows 50WHP more on pump gas.

I’ve documented the build so far, was waiting on Ranger Hobb to go away, before I started posting, and some NDA’s to end. Hopefully next week I can share.

How about take the air filter out on the next run. Should be even quicker.

Guys @cc1999 @HyperM3 , just hang on. I know for a fact, with just bigger turbos on the current RR, with no other modifications whatsoever that the truck puts down 500rwhp & 550ftlb torque. That’s the same dyno numbers a stock 23 model Raptor R made on the dyno. And just for fun removed the stock air filter and it immediately picked up almost 40 more whp.

When you say remove stock air filter, mean the paper filter itself, or the entire box?

Sorry I forgot to put the original poster(DirtDerrick). I have the same question. Take out just the filter, or the whole box.

I may have been drinking, I don’t remember. Taken outta context.
During the build process. We Dyno tested each product individually, then as a package/stage, then as a whole.
So until I can post details, I’ll say this.
Mr Wizard taught us the quicker you can get air in, combust it, and get it out, the more power you can make.
But it all has to balance out.
