My wait is over! Velocity Blue Ranger Raptor delivery

I got the opportunity to check out my truck on Saturday before it was even ready to go.

The sight that greeted me when I picked up Monday evening.

Finally home safe and sound!


So here it is, after all this time. My truck search which began in late 2022 is officially OVER! I'm finally the proud owner of my first truck, which is not only my first Ford but also my first NEW vehicle ever.

I'd like to give a shoutout to Tunkhannock Ford here in PA. My experience with them was positive all the way. I got my order at MSRP, communication was good, and most importantly: no funny business. Highly recommended.


Ordered 05/26/2023 within an hour of the banks opening.

The sun is pretty directly on it in the picture. I went outside to do a quick sanity check... I'd say that those plastic pieces are not quite as dark as the trim to begin with, and the material is more reflective. The brighter / more direct the light, the more pronounced the difference is.

Makes sense to me. I already have 675 miles on my blue RR that I picked up last Friday.
Still being conservative during break-in. I think you are going to like it.

So far the best looking stock wheels, I like the XLT FX4 2nd best, whatever they're called.
