Locate Lost Key FOB

It has to be right by the cab or inside on my 19 lariat or I get the no key detected chime when I press start. I've left them on the bed cover and it won't start.

Reason I was saying that was I took the spare FOB and laid it on the back bumper and the truck would start - that is why I am thinking the FOB I am missing is not on/in the truck.

Glad your fob has such good range, even with fresh batteries i only get a few feet away. Sorry I couldn't help.
