I have sealed all the holes in the bed but still getting water in. The bed cover is the Retrax by Realtruck. Any suggestion?

What holes have you sealed? I used neutral curing silicone around the stake pocket covers and in between the bed rail plastic and metal and nothing is leaking yet. I also did a tailgate sealing kit.

Unfortunately until they are sealed, it's still going to leak through the stake pocket covers directly into the bed. And potentially between the plastic bed cover trim pieces and metal. I think Realtruck recommends silicone.

I learned from the 4Runner crowd need to be careful with type of sealant. Most not all silicone is acidic and will eat through paint and metal.
4runner boys were having to yank roof racks and have the metal part the roofs replaced

I think I may have located it, the rubber seal that is included is not wide enough in the front. I used metal tape under the bed tail, that shit sticks and does not leak.

Yup! I used neutral curing silicone - non acetic.
