I am thinking I would like to go with some sort of larger tips only tunred down and tucked up under the body.
Not crazy about how the stock exhaust is two chrome sticks poking straight out the back.
Thinking something like this in place of the stock pipes only tucked up where only the lower part of the tip is visible. Thinking that might sound good and look a little cleaner.
That was how my 23 GMC AT4X was setup stock, all I changed on that truck was the muffler the tail pipes were stock.
I know the Ranger will never sound as good as that 6.2L V8.
I do think it would clean up the look a bit, as well as improve departure angles which is why the tail pipes are like that on the GMC AT4X models, I also think a larger tail pipe exit should deepen the tone even on a the Ranger's V6, plus shooting it at the ground should effect or improve exhaust tone as well.
Anyone done anything similar or done any mods to your Ranger Raptors exhaust?
Let me know what your thoughts are.
