I am now. Thanks for the info.

I ordered my 2025 Lariat a week ago. Though I was looking forward to not paying for 93 octane, I may not be able to resist.

I did a similar tune with my 2006 Mustang through Brenspeed. No regrets.

It's tempting, but after a few decades of premium fuel or diesel I'm liking the option of using the cheap stuff at the pump.

I don't see where it states 91 or 93 octane required?

I have the hardware from my previous 2019 Ranger FP Tune. Can I use the hardware to tune my new 2024 Ranger Lariat 2.7L? Maybe save some $?

2.7 out of the box is fine for me too. I'll burn premium every 4th tank or so to make sure my injectors are happy.

Probably not. I'm not sure if they would sell you just the tune, as it is tied your previous VIN. It's to prevent people from re-using or selling the tune after it was installed.
From the site:

***Calibration and ProCal 4 tool are VIN locked. Please contact the Tech Line with additional questions***

Tempting, but I'll just put my 2.7 in Sport Mode and pretend I have the tune!

Just watched a dyno video on YouTube - Bronco with a 2.7 only got about~ 9HP with this tune (on the dyno)..

Pass for now.. I was hoping the dyno results could be a bit better!

Does their happiness require higher octane or just a regular diet of "Top Tier" fuel?

In general, the higher octane fuel will require higher temps to burn, so it's good for the engine (plus it makes it more efficient + gives a bit of a power bump depending on the brand).

Shell 93 is great for turbo engines.
