If the price is 50kish they are going to sell well as I saw folks floating. Will have to see fit and finish and such but they are good looking.

Pics I’ve seen are a very attractive design. Option for a bench front seat is brilliant. They may not sell a lot with a bench seat, but it’s a legit nod to retro design.

They look amazing and I think they're about to change the EV off-road game!

- The gas range extender takes away the "range anxiety" most people have about EVs, especially for off-road use.

- They are body on frame design, not unibody like every other EV out there.

- They have a solid rear axle and front and rear mechanical diff lockers

- Stock 35s

- Over 80% of the parts are replaceable, so that people can work on their own cars and make after market parts for them.

If they can stick to their projected price of around $60k, these things could very well be the future of off-roading.

2027 is a long time away and inflation hasn’t been tamed. Cool info (no sarcasm).

AWD only, no 4WD. Not sure a solid rear axle is worth it without 4WD.
I like the retro front end styling.

I'm not sure exactly how that works. This is an EV, so they may be able to get the electric motors to mimic a 4WD system.

Saw the peeks of underneath…Ah no thanks. I equate it to going to a mobile home sales place and saying they look cool until you really look at them.

I think the designs are attractive enough, but who is the target audience? The electric off-roading crowd?

I imagine these are going to be horribly inefficient for daily driving. My company truck is a Ford Lightning and let's just say I'm glad I don't have to pay to charge it.

I kind of think electric commuter cars are the best market to go after for electrifying personal vehicles. Its nice to see we're still going to able to make cool/unique vehicles in the electric future though. I like these, but I also think the Rivian truck is pretty cool. The Rivian had some pretty big issues to work out for off-roading. There is an issue with electric motors building up heat when worked hard at low RPM and the traction control system was having a hard time figuring out what to do. The other issue for off-roading is that weight really works against you. These are all problems that are solvable, the weight issue is probably a long way off from being solved.

No thanks. Not interested in buying anyone's Roman Candle on wheels or supporting child and slave labor in the mines. Hard pass.

My Dad was a tool and ie maker for IH. Their commercial trucks are fine but their other vehicles were junk, he knew it and said so frequently. He wouldn’t buy one, despite being given a 50% discount as an employee. Put a real engine and drive train in it and I might be interested.🇺🇸

0-60 in the mid 3s and 500 miles of range with the gas extender...Im in. Owned by VW and made in a dedicated plant in the US(better build quality). Looks awesome and if they have good leases when they arrive, I could see replacing the RR with the SUV version.
