New here. Just drove home my June 26th ordered 4X2 Hot Pepper Lariat. Great ride! On the way home I noticed the first (last?) possible build issue. Either that or I'm ignorant of Ford controls (first Ford since 2001). The Set+ and Set- cruise control buttons on the steering wheel do nothing. They don't depress or rock, therefore no adjustment of the cruise speed. Also, the up and down arrow buttons on the right side do not depress so I cannot go though the menus. Having one set of buttons not work I can understand, but both? Either that or I'm stupid (actually hoping this is the case so I don't have to bring it in.) Anyone hear or experience this?

Thanks,
Lariat in Virginia

Hi there! Would you send us a private message with your VIN and dealership name and location? I’d like to look into this concern on my end.

Hi Rod, Those aren't actually buttons. The centre raised portion is a combination slider/button. You slide it up or down to set for +\- speed. You press it to cancel or resume. Fooled me too when I first tried cruise control.
The controls are radically changed from my 2019 Lincoln, and not necessarily for the better IMHO.

Fred,
I love this forum! Thank you. As I said, I hoped I was doing something (or not doing) stupid, and I was.

I found the cruise buttons a bit different to get use to coming from other vehicles.
