Almost feels like the steering wheel gets stuck if I turn slightly above 45 mph. All the safety features are off.

Could it be the lane assist kicking in?

When you say everything is off - what do you mean exactly?

Lane keep assist needs to be disabled on its own and it will always re-enable itself again on each restart
The steering wheel has the button to disengage lane assist but the screen doesn't have an option to fully turn off. Is there another setting?

its probably not lane keeping assist, its probably lane centering, those are two different things.

The screen doesn't let me fully turn it fully off.

is this just when the cruise is on?
I'm going to guess yes.

Settings > Driver Assistance > Cruise Control > Lane Centering
When I go to settings all that's there is instrument cluster. Do I need to be driving to access the lane centering. I have a button on the steering wheel that turns that off. Never used the cruise control.

hmm, sorry dude, then I was wrong. I've had a similar feeling, and it was the lane centering. You don't need to be driving, I just turned the ignition on in the garage to get the correct path in the settings.
