Spotted a Ranger Raptor

Saw a cactus gray RR here in Tucson. Looked pretty good. I’ve only seen a handful of other 6G’s on the road so far. Test drove an XLT, and they had another RR on the lot, but I resisted the urge to even walk over and look at it, because I can’t have one.

Saw another blue one and a green one locally, and the red one the custom shop just got for a SEMA project. But that's it since April.
My brother recently bought a RR, so we have done the improved logging roads on family land in N MN. I even got stuck once. He got a drive mode fault a couple times in the mud, and the trailing arm/level sensor had popped-off. No problems for me, but I'm looking into sensor covers. Looks like even a stray branch across a trail flipping up could knock one off and if the little plastic clip breaks or gets damaged, it will continue to fall off. There is basically just a zip-tie thing holding it on.

I'd really love a new Ranger XLT right now, but it's just not in the cards. Too many other *expensive* priorities, along with a lot of uncertainties.

I test drove it just to make sure it would be on the short list when the time comes, and it was really nice! So I'll definitely be watching as we go.

Finally saw my first 6G Ranger on the road the other day, but I’ve yet to see another Raptor after almost 4 months of buying mine. One of the local dealers finally got one in, and I believe they sold it, but I haven’t seen it anywhere in town…

Other than the one my local dealer already sold to a Ford employee, I haven't seen any on the road...yet.
Today I had the front passenger and driver side window tinted to match the other windows. Turned out great.

I’m in Minneapolis and I’ve seen 2 others besides mine. One I’ve seen in passing a few times. The other was on a road trip from TX and we actually got to talk. We were both pretty excited to see each other. Check out the picture!

Cool - I'm west metro (Lake Minnetonka area). When I brought my truck in to get LineX, I asked if they had seen other Ranger Raptors. He said I was their seventh. So they're out there!

i have not seen a new ranger of any trim yet

I have only seen 5 other 2024 Rangers so far this entire year... 1 Cactus Gray Lariat, 1 White XL (fleet vehicle), 1 White XLT, 1 Azure XLT and 1 green Raptor with bronze wheels (in a Dealer's customer parking lot). I have not even seen another Ranger sitting on my dealer's lot in the 2-3 times I have been there.
