For $500 you can get a set of 5 Bronco Sasquatch take off wheels. And they have a much better offset. That’s what I did. I haven’t put them on yet.

After I get them on then I can sell myRR wheels.

Seems like I should be carrying a TP40 bit in my car in the event I ever have to replace the wheel?
You only need a TP40 tool if you are removing the trim rings or installing true bead locking rings (Ford Performance option) to "bead lock" mount the tire. For normal wheel removal or rotations, you just remove the lug nuts and don't need to touch the TP40 bolts. Tire replacements don't even require it unless you have gone to actual bead locking mounting with the optional rings.

I did mine for 2 reasons...#1 my truck wasn't a special order, and had the optional wheels already, #2 the Bronco I traded in on it had a set of badlands standard, and the now discontinued badlands optional wheels which I had already fitted w/beadlock rings. Since dealers never see the value in "offroad" parts I kept the discontinued wheels, and put the rings on my RR optional wheels, and sent out the BL wheels for powdercoat (they had picked up some trail rash). If I didn't already own all these parts I probably would have gone w/the cheapo wheels, then replaced with Sasquatch take offs (I also have a spare set of those), but this was a good use of parts I already had! Personally I do really like the beadlock capable wheels Ford has come up with vs aftermarket, and have a fair amount of trail time on them. Nice that so many folks go aftermarket and sell the take offs so I can have so many spares!

I’m aware they’re only beadlock capable wheels and more of a beauty ring. Note / I plan to only mall crawl with the Raptor Ranger.
I didn’t like the looks of the BL wheels and opted for the standard. Somewhere on the forum was a post of a guy that had the aluminum rims powdered coated the same color as the rest of the wheel. Looked great!!!
while I don’t personally need the BL’s I really liked the looks of the all black BL wheels and wish I would have gone that route with the powered coated mod. Very tough looking on a RR.

I knew they weren't required for rotation, but figured they were needed for new tires. I've heard lots of tire chains won't touch them because they're perceived as true beaded.

that's an interesting look, I've never seen it coated to look one color.

Trim rings for Bronco Wildtrack are black from the factory, if you can find take offs out there

I don’t hate the beadlock but for almost the price of the beadlock capable wheel option I was able to order a full 5 piece set and have my old wheels to put winter tires on if needed.
Beadlocks are for low tire pressure rock crawling. If you aren't doing this you're better off without them.

My two gripes with the beadlocks were one, they weren't painted to match the rim and two, they're just as wide as the rubber so they get scuffed up really quick.

If they came with a good powder coating they'd still be on my truck.

I Swapped out to a set of KMC 718s with a +18 offset.
