Saw it on the Ranger FB page so I looked at the FORD build your own website and it listed
XL base $33k
LARIAT $43k
RAPTOR $55k
Seems surprising.

weird I clicked on build a lariat and the XLT trim shows up

That is odd; I’m seeing raptor, lariat, and xl as well for 2025 model year. But another odd thing is starting from ford.com and selecting Ranger from the Vehicles menu brought me to the 2024 Ranger where I saw, and could build, an XL, XLT, Lariat, or a Raptor.

Ford is plotting on removing the XLT altogether, or it sales so well they have to throttle the traffic to keep the site from shutting down. LOL

It could be a glitch depending on the device you are viewing it on. Scripting will have the page view differently on computer, tablet, phone.

I'm sure Ford is still making the 2024 the easier ones to get to so potential buyers go after that in- stock inventory. If you start via build and price, it's leading towards the 2025. If you start via vehicles tab, it's leading you towards the 2024.

Mostly just web design and marketing. Doesn't mean there are not flaws in the coding though.

Also, memory/history cache, cookies, and your gateway location(country) can affect stuff like this to.

I initially thought the 2024 was still on the website because they're not sold out yet. But as I mentioned, I could still configure the 2024 with any trim level and whatever options I wanted.

Eeeeerrrrr.......this screen shot is from 3:19pm EST March 31 2025. The XLT is clearly there.

Ford Ranger No XLT trim for 2025? 1743448848125-oy

BTW, I bought a 2024 the end of last month, the deal was just too good to pass up for a 2025 - my dealer had '24s and 25's on the lot.
