New 2024 Ranger Lariat FX4 Wheels and Tires (Falken Wildpeak A/T-4 265/70/R17)

Finally….took delivery of my 24 Ranger last week. Ordered in June last year! I can’t believe it took Ford this long to build and ship, but that’s another topic. So, I wasted no time and upgraded my OEM wheels and tires, see below before and after pics. I wanted a bigger more aggressive tire and wheel while keeping the suspension stock. Also, we were able to use the existing Ford center caps, TPS sensors, and lugs with these aftermarket wheels.

Looks great! I think your build is just like mine (black lariat with fx4, black running boards) but my wait just started since I waited for the v6. Any chance you have a sandstone interior? I went back and forth but decided 13 years of blistering black leather was enough.

Nice, so much better than the stock rims. One of the factors in me getting a loaded XLT instead of the Lariat

Thanks!!! I was really pleased with how the wheel/tire combination turned out. I was worried about the wheels actually fitting, tires rubbing, fuel economy, numerous concerns and questions when you start down this rabbit hole.
Here’s the Sku# for you.….see below.
Factory Reproduction’s vehicle configurator will only show these wheels in a 20”x 9” version for the Ranger. You have to pick them out using the Bronco as your vehicle to get the 17”x 9”wheel option. Yes…the 6x5.5 is the same bolt pattern as the 6x139.7 (STD vs metric sizes).
i contacted FR to confirm they would actually fit before ordering them. Initially, they said no, but after some further research, they agreed with me that the wheels would fit. Hope this helps.

So, the Falken Wildpeak's 265/70/R17 are 31.7" Diameter/10.7" Width. I also wanted something closer to a true 33" tire but ended up taking the more conservative route.

How has the wheel and tire setup been treating you so far? MPGs, rubbing etc?

I haven’t seen any difference with my MPG vs the stock set up and no rubbing issues. Granted, I haven’t taken it off road yet, but I don’t expect any problems. Overall, I’m very pleased with this tire/wheel combination.
