Looking for ideas for securing things to bed floor

Something I really miss about my Tacoma was that it came with tie down anchors on the floor of the bed (one in each corner). This was handy for holding down boxes and gear that are lower than the tie down points on the bedsides/cargo rails.

For example, tying down Maxxtrax boards or a hi-lift jack to the bed floor so they don’t go flying out when I’m wheelin. My truck is my daily driver, so I’m not looking for ways to permanently attach those items to the vehicle.

Before I drill holes and add anchor points of my own, I’m curious to know if anyone has any ideas or has utilized some other approach. Thanks in advance!

I am looking into the same methods for my Truck. I am planning on taking a trip to Baja in my raptor and need a second spare to fit in the bed. I don't want to stand the spare tire up like the Racers do. I would like to keep a tonneau cover over everything.
In the F150 Raptors the chase Racks that don't break the beds are tied into the bed bolts and into the frame of the truck. Nearly nothing of real weight is attached to the the bed rails to limit strain and fatigue of the metal. I am wondering if the Ranger Raptor Beds will have the same issue. I am pretty sure the bed won't take that shaking since Ford limits 88lbs above the rails for normal use.
The Rangers bed is bolted from the underbody best I can tell . We can't attach racks the same way as the F150.
I am looking into using L-Track on the flat spot over the frame rails. This and almost every other option I come up with requires drilling the bed which I am not thrilled about. The Bolts will need some huge washers or backing plates to spread the strain and not crack the sheet metal.
Anyone else have a more creative ideal than I have come up with?

If you're brave enough to drill into the bed. I've seen a lot of Sprinter vans install L-tracks into the floors. This creates an endless amount of mounting solutions.

How about some Sprinter D-rings under the bed bolts? You can find them in ebay--new or used.

There are no bed bolts looking from the top in the Raptor. The bed is mounted from underneath. If you look from the rear corners of the truck and look almost above the rear axle it’s possible to see the bed mounted to the frame brackets from underneath.
I am leaning towards L-Track if no other solutions on the aftermarket pop up this year. I don’t need to drill any holes immediately. I am probably going to attend the Texas Raptor Run this summer and see if what’s on other rangers.
A current example available on the aftermarket for $1700 raw and 1950 coated. Spendy!

Yeah, this is probably the move—assuming the panel comes down low enough towards the tailgate side.

I did the L track in my last Raptor. It was a little bit of a pain to install and get the holes lined up where needed. It really worked well regardless of what I was tying down. I miss it on my new trucks and will probably end up spending the time to do it again.
