I put a set of these on my new Ranger today:

https://www.discounttire.com/buy-tires/goodyear-wrangler-duratrac-rt/p/145892

I had the old version on my previous truck, and they are excellent tires.
The new RT version has improved siping, improved rubber compound, and improved load handling (XL) with a new 3 ply sidewall construction; so i'm looking forward to tires that are even better than the old ones, with which I was perfectly happy.

I got the 265/65 R18, which is a little taller than the stock tires; and thus makes my speedometer under-report by about 1.6% (if it says I'm going 60 mph, then I'm actually going about 61 mph - not off by much).
Here's a Tire Size Comparison/Calculator Tool that you Guys & Gals might find useful:

Pretty much how my speedo reads with 275/55R20 tires. With every 50 miles driven you will need to add about 1.8 miles if calculating fuel mileage so pretty close.

How much room did you have inside the wheel well with that size tire when the wheels were turned? Also, was the steering knuckle pretty close to the sidewall? I saw a Lariat at the dealer and I couldn't even fit my index finger between the knuckle and the sidewall of the stock Goodyear Wrangler 18's. I have been looking at a set of Mickey Thompsons in the 265/65/18 size myself.

I don't know about 'how much room' there is when I turn; but there is no rubbing at all.

There's about 1/4" clearance between the steering knuckle and the inside tire sidewall; so anything wider would probably not fit with these stock wheels (+55 Offset).
