Any aftermarket options for larger fuel tanks?
My BIL I mentioned above was talking about installing some kind of auxiliary tank in the bed, with a self feeding hose into the fuel tank. I don’t know anything about the set up he was looking into, but if I find out, I’ll post it up here…

The range of my 2020 Ranger far exceeds my bladder range.
Likewise, but when out in the boonies there's usually a tree or rock or just the wide open wilderness that can address that; finding a refueling facility at said locations not so much. Which may force carrying a 5-gall can and the hassle of having to mount that somewhere external to a truck camper.

Where does the move of rear shocks outboard the frame rail fit into the above scenario? Our 5G doesn't have that? I'm confused 😕
Your 5G uses our 5G suspension module in the rear (with different springs, shocks and axle), but it uses the modular chassis shared with the Bronco and the 6G. Not the PX/T6 chassis. Source, the chief engineer told me this at the launch.

Any aftermarket options for larger fuel tanks?

A quick Google search turned up a 150 liter tank for the Diesel powered Gen 1 Raptor from Brown Davis in Australia. I asked if they are planning to make something similar for gas powered gen 2...
ARB are doing a 140L tank for the next gen, Brown Davis are doing a 160L. The ARB stuff in Australia has factory support. But none of them yet are doing long range tanks for the Ranger Raptor. In the previous gen it was the same as the Everest, but now it's petrol it makes things difficult.

Could that also be related to the fact that the Raptor has dual exhaust which might take up more space in that area?

I assume if Ford does eventually bring out a next gen Tremor for the North American market with gas (petrol) engines the existing tanks you mentioned would still have to be modified for that type of fuel, correct?

I think it boils down to petrol vs diesel, as we don't have a petrol engine in either the Ranger or Everest here other than the Raptor, therefore the demand is lower. The exhaust is all down one side on the Raptor until it gets to the back.

I was very disappointed to see an 18 gallon tank sticking around - that's main thing that kept me from buying 5G. For road trips and/or towing this is really small. At a minimum, it should be class competitive at 21 gallons. Would be nice if offered an optional larger tank (24-26 gallons).

Makes sense.
