I tried this just now and makes no difference, once the bolts are tightened to spec it hits.

My advice would be make A a tad bit longer to prevent touching and keeping all bends the same. Or changing the bend on B to be further away from the hood and then bending the top part more to make it flat where you mount the lights.
I get that there is side to side adjustability, but their is no forward or backwards adjustability which seems to be the issue
We have made those adjustments when revising this product, the fact that it still happens to individual owners does come as a surprise to us.
If you think it's a manufacturing tolerance issue and would like a replacement, you can return yours and we will send you the set that's currently installed and known to fit well on our shop demo car. Do us a favor by checking if the driver & passenger sides looks symmetrical and leveled. Usually that's the easiest way to spot a problem.
