You are the polar opposite of me…. I’m driving a 23 year old F-150 Lariat SuperCrew I bought new.

Looks like I’ll be waiting a four more years for this shit-show to end since I don’t want to rush into a purchase

I’m holding out for a Ranger Tremor with the 2.7l…. (and a SuperCrew with 6’ bed)….. cracking myself up now!

When I ordered my 2022 (for sale now here), I tried to get the Tremor in the SCAB version. NO GO! I added the Tremor suspension and lift afterward anyway) I wanted the B&O stereo system also. NO GO! Ford however, charged the same for the Lariat 501A package even though in the SCAB version you could NOT have the B&O stereo. Still, I ordered the SCAB version. Ford then deleted my LEDs on front (I added them in myself later) due to "parts shortages" and credited me a whole $500 for headlights that cost over $3000 to add back in. I showed them they were ordered due to a disability and they still deleted them. My only choice was to refuse delivery. Had to have the vehicle so I took it anyway. I really did want a Raptor but they were not offered back then. Well, I have caved in to the Crew Cab crown now because I got my Raptor! Because you cannot buy the SCAB anymore, those that are out there are "special!"

No, not assuming anything actually, but rather poking fun at myself for the crappy situation I’m in wanting a new truck in one of the worst possible times. I spent way too much on a 10 year old Subaru for my son during Covid and now this mess.

Do I want a new truck ? Yes! Will I pay more for a new truck? Most definitely! BTW, it was a SuperCrew Longbed Tremor unicorn I’m dreaming about, not SuperCab. I know the longbed is likely a dream, but I certainly hope a Tremor is in the works for ‘26. I saw yesterday that the Explorer will have a Tremor for ‘26. Doesn’t make any sense not to have it for the Ranger when the Maverick, F-150, F-250, Expedition and now the Explorer will.

The shit show is here till we die. Things will not get less expensive or built better. (higher quality) Dont wish your life away. My 25 is not perfect but I am enjoying the change over my 17 hemi Ram.

No, I had ordered mine at 4% below invoice just prior to the employee pricing for all so I never looked into it.

I did just message a local dealer today to ask on what AZ plan is on my build...but I think the price I got is slightly better than AZ. I didn't get a response yet.

I just figured the employee pricing deal was only for taking possession prior to the end date, but never got actual confirmation so was curious where you had heard it from.
