Do those catch cans freeze in the winter?
I'm sure in extreme climates they could be affected. But even when it was single digits here, I didn't have any issues.

I didn’t have any issues this winter in sub-zero temps. I checked and emptied a couple of times. The hoses are never full of liquid and as long as the can is never completely full and allowed to freeze I think you are fine. Hot air from the crank case will thaw everything quickly.
