Looks like ARB and the overseas companies have extended fuel tanks, but I doubt we can get those here. Long range America according to their waitlist, doesnt look like they have plans for a 6g Ranger. Does anyone know of any mfrs that might be making them at some point? The tank in the Ranger now is... a bit undersized... TIA!

I “think” Long Range America sources their tanks from The Long Ranger in Australia. The Long Ranger makes extended range tanks for the next gen Rangers (our 2024 + models) for the Australian market. LRA already has tanks for the last generation Rangers and current generation Raptors. I would assume that eventually they’ll bring a tank to market for the current generation trucks. At least I hope so.

Got it. I wonder if those would comply with emissions here? I have no clue what its like over there emission wise. I only know they have a diesel, and we unfortunately dont:(
LRA has on for the raptor already pretty sure. Not sure if ur asking specifically about the normal ranger or not.
I was asking about the normal ones, I did see their Raptor one! Hopefully that means one will come out someday.

Man, i would have loved a bigger tank from the factory... but i settle for carrying 4 extra gallons in two rotopax that i siphon down into the tank when i need to, takes a minute but i dont even have to take them off the rack until i fill them back up.

I’ve seen your video. I think I've figured out that’s you, unless I’m wrong. I like that siphon you shake to get started. Where did you find that?

yes sir, that was my video, it is a siphon from Amazon by a brand called GasTapper. There are a lot of options but this one came with all the things I wanted, I went with the deluxe version that also has a hand bulb pump option.

I heard New Ranger Super Duty version will come with bigger fuel tank. Will it be something that we can order in US?? Im sure it will be pricey but it will be OEM quality.

Is the tank on the left side on Right hand drive vehicles? If it is in the same spot I would think there is a good chance it would be able to swap over but not sure about how hard it would be to recalibrate the computer to the larger fuel capacity.
