My auxiliary switches were not seated correctly. They would not light up when turning on the vehicle. They would not switch on/off. Please check to see that they are seated and functional.

Check you air pressure in all tires. Mine had 46psi in 1 front and 1 rear and 42 in the other front and rear.

Yelp, I saw this on my app and then checked with a tire gauge. I had to let about 15lbs of air out of all 4 of mine.

This was the list I sent prior to delivery. I did have several of these issues on my truck and started a claim with Ford to have them addressed. The biggest issues for me were drivers side doors not aligned and the rusting on driveshaft.

• Door and hood closing (alignment + latching) some having difficult time shutting drivers door
• Door and body panel gaps being symmetrical and aligned
• Tail light bolts : some have found these to be missing
• Check hood closure and fitment( some finding it difficult to shut)
• Check for damage to interior plastic/leather trim.
• Check seat quality such as loose/ baggy leather, bad stitching
• Check all over body for Dents/Scratches including the running boards
• Check the charging cradle (try it with your phone!)
• Decal placement (some, esp raptor are crooked)
• Rear seat latching not latching correctly
• Spare tire is a matching KO3 and not another brand tire
• Can we do 37-39 cold psi tire pressure all the way around .. they are shipping with much more apparently as much as 49psi
• Bad VVT Cam phaser … would hear rattling when running apparently this has been issue with eco boost engines
• Any software updates
• Lastly Rust on undercarriage Drive shafts and axles.

I'll have to keep an eye out for some of these issues when I take delivery. My Raptor is sitting on QA Hold, the delivery was supposed to be earlier this month.

In regards to the tire pressure, I know some manufactures overinflate the tires from the factory. It could be whoever did the the PDI at the dealership just neglected to let some air out of the tires.

Check windshield spray nozzles.
Mine didn’t work - pump going, reservoir full, but no spray.
Dealer went in through the passenger side splash guard and told me the hose was routed incorrectly at the factory, causing a sharp crease/kink in the hose. Dealer rerouted it and all is fine now.

I sure hope mine does when I get it, my last three vehicles all had the AC go out within a month or two of buying them
