Had it a week, 114 miles. Has a rattle under the truck when hitting much of a bump or going over railroad tracks.
I did find one source that I believe is it. The plastic cover under the gas tank.

Yours being an FX4 might have a metal skidplate under the tank.

I had a rattle when I got mine too, turned out to be the back seat was not fully latched into place, so the latch pins were rattling on the latch mechanism. Looked like it was in its correct position just was not fully latched.

Yeah, mine is really hard to latch. I’ve got a couple of squawks for the dealer service dept.

The other thing I found this morning was that my tires were all inflated to ~47 lbs making it ride mush rougher than it should. I’m told that they do that for transport so that they don’t bounce so much. Should have been corrected in PDI though,,,

PDI hahahaha. I think my one month on the job sales kid did my PDI as there was an airbag light on when I picked it up. All they did was gas it and wash it. I have noticed the rear seat latch issue today. I need to close it 'with authority", but it latches it I give it a stern throw towards the rear bulkhead from about 2/3 closed.

Dealer could not fund noise when wheels turns more right then left into or out of inclined or declined driveways. Steering rack knocks gonna drive it till it breaks

I've been getting the rear seat latch rattle too as it won't close all the way. It looks like the latch was installed at a slight angle? I removed the latch and screwed the bottom screw in a little tighter to try and compensate. The top screw is safely screwed in, but It at least latches now with force.

Wait! Your truck came with gas? I had to go straight to a gas station. Six miles range at delivery…

Rattles I've noticed have been from the rear seat as everyone has mentioned but also the passenger seat belt tab when it's retracted will rattle against the plastic trim if it gets caught between the seat back and trim just right.

I've noticed a rattle in the suspension that has started up since I installed my leveling spacers on the front. I've retightened all the shock tower nuts, checked the sway bar end links (I was SURE that's what it was going to be), and tie rod and lower shock mount bolts, but they're all good. I can't pinpoint exactly if it's coming from the front or rear, but I think it's the front.

Wild. In Kentucky, new cars have to come with a full tank of gas. mUsually it means they put in the bare minimum to get the needle to the top though.
