I have the 2" spring perch collars from FMI and am very happy with them. The additional preload they create does stiffen the front up a little, but in normal or sport shock modes going over speed bumps on my commute regularly it still sucks up the bumps well. 2.5" should be a true level based on my measurements. I went with the 2" since I have a 158lb electric retractable tonneau being installed as I type this, and didn't want any squat.

I know the guys at Exodus4x4 are running these as well along with the 74Weld portals on a much bigger build, and they didn't opt to remove them when installing the portals to clear the 37s they run. Greg Foutz knows what he is doing on the Raptor platforms, and I trust his products. There's a race prepped F150 Raptor at the Raptor Assault school that has his name on it :)

I greatly appreciate the feedback! Another quick question: Are you running wheel spacers as well? From your profile picture, the wheels look almost even with the fenders. If so, what spacers are you using, if you wouldn't mind sharing?

I am running the Mishimoto Borne Offroad forged 30mm hubcentric spacers. Another member here confirmed 30mm was enough to keep the wheel studs from protruding beyond the surface that the wheel mounts to and the tread is still inside the fender flares. There are other spacers out there that are cheaper, but I'm really impressed with the quality of these.

I've have the 2.5" collars up front and 2.0" in the rear for the past 10k miles and can echo what was said above, quality and fitment are fantastic, slight change to ride quality but hardly noticeable compared with lift kits I've installed on other vehicles in the past. At some point I'll send my shocks out to Fox for a tune-up and check the ride zones but

Not from Foutz but from Fabulous Fabrications 1.5" front perch collars, though the principle is the same. I didn't have them on for long because I definitely felt they stiffened the ride. Coming from a Gen 2 F-150 Raptor, which has a very comfortable suspension and where the perch collars didn’t cause any noticeable adverse effect, the Ranger, on the other hand, already has a stiffer ride, and the perch collars accentuated it to the point of becoming uncomfortable. I eventually replaced them with 15mm strut spacers to achieve a 1" lift, and it now drives like stock. It's not my intention to start a debate, just sharing my experience.

Hi All,
First time on this forum and I like all the suggestions & tips I can find here, thanks.
I have had a Ranger Wildtrack until October this year fitted with a 4cm elevation kit to fit the KO2 tires, it was great.
Now I have taken the same approach and fitted the elevation kit to my new Raptor, the one in the link (https://www.sahara4x4.com/b2c/producto/AW7075T6/2/lift-kit-40mm-for-ford-ranger-raptor-2023) Reason why was to get the small extra elevation when off road; well I have to say not a good idea, now the vehicle seems to be heavily trimmed forward, maybe because I also installed winch/lights & snorkel, but my feeling is that 4cm is a bit too much, I feel the vehicle stiff, almost at the limit to jump in directly without using the side steps.... Honestly, unless you need to fit bigger tyres I'm not sure it's a good idea, maybe 1/2cm max but 4cm definitely too much. Obviously is just my personal opinion and I'm thinking of removing it but I want to see on my next over-lander trip with the RTT and fully loaded maybe it will be a bit better, I can see that with some

I researched both the different perch collars and top of the shock spacers and neither is a "perfect" way to "level" the truck.....I read (but have ZERO knowledge of it as I've just read about them) that the perch collars make the truck ride rough(er)......and the top of the shock spacers take away some of the dampening ability making the variable dampening less effective especially off road........but for ME and my use of the truck which is 99% on road either driving to jobsites or just driving around town "playing" with it, I decided to go with the top of the shock spacers for the front of my truck to make it more "level"......it rides just like stock on road and also give me the "leveled" look I wanted for my truck.......I used "Ford Ranger lifts .com" and in fact they used the pics of my truck for their website promoting the product. I don't know them personally but have also used the same type of spacer lift on my previous 2021 Ford Ranger Tremor and liked how it looked and felt......

either way to "level" your truck seems OK but not perfect but mine seems great to me and I know I'm never going to use the full capabilities of the shocks anyway as I'm never going to go "serious" off roading nor will I drive 80 MPH through the desert...

here's the link for the spacers I used which shows different angles of my RR... https://fordrangerlifts.com/shop/ols/products/xn-2024-ranger-raptor-2-level-lift-eb2t-5348cc
