It must be the Ford Premium. When I bought the truck I could just say "Alexa, play my favorite music". Now if I do she says I need to be connected. I don't know what other benefits you get with the Ford Premium service so I don't think it's worth $10/mo for my Alexa playlist.

When asking Alexa to play my favorite music she responds that a connected network is needed. I tried using my mobile Hotspot. It worked in my garage, but once on the road it stopped working. Is there any work around other than subscribing through Ford?

First trip from CT to ME, about 350 miles. Drove great and had lots of fun playing with the tech. I averaged about 70 mph and got 21.2 mpg. I'm happy with that.

I'm confused. I ordered a 2.7l Lariat on June 21st. I got 2 emails only saying the order is confirmed, nothing more. I saw a previous post here that said the 2.7l is "exhausted". How are others being built and do you think I will ever see mine. Ford has botched this big time.

I still haven't gotten a build date for my 2.7. On one of the posts here it showed the availability as exhausted. Do I take that to mean I will be getting a 2025?

I ordered a 2024 Lariat with the 2.7 on June 21st and still have no build date. I'm guessing I'm SOL at this point. I am hoping to cancel that order and wait for the 2025 if the rumor is true. Any insight is appreciated.
