I finally got a chance to install my new wheels and tires this morning.

For reference, the RTR wheels (Satin Charcoal) averaged 22lbs each, and the Good Year Territory MTs (315/70/17 - load range C) averaged 54lbs each - 76lb total.

I did not weigh the stock beadlocks and K03s as individual items, but as a set, they weighed 94lbs.

I have not driven the truck enough yet to know how much differently it may handle. I’ll report back in a few days - I’ll also see if fuel economy is impacted.

Looks awesome! Did you raise the front end, and/or have to trim anything / remove crash bars?

Thanks!

I have 1 1/2” Foutz perch collars. The tires barely clear the crash bars at full lock…

Foutz put the 2.5' perch spacers on this morning. Less than an hour. Bronco Sasquatch Rims with 315 Goodyear Territory Tires. No clearance or rubbing issues.

Man can you lay a 2x4 on your roof and measure the height? Would be really helpful! TIA!

how close is it to the control arm?
My setup is about 1 1/2 to 1 3/4” from the control arm. That’s with a +30mm offset. I absolutely would not put a 35” tire on a wheel with the stock offset (+55mm).

My local Ford dealer had a RR that they leveled and put Nitto Ridge Grapplers (35x12.5) on the stock wheels. I would guess there was about 1/2” of clearance. My finger would slide between the tire and control arm, but it would touch both at the same time.

I’ll try to do that if I get a chance!
Thanks! I have a Gen 2 raptor which i love but I am moving to a place where the garage height is only 6'6" and my truck doesn't fit. I'm wondering the true height you have with the 35s and the front lift.

Nice! I had two Gen 2s and a Gen 3, but I honestly just don’t need a truck that big. I’m really enjoying the RR to this point.

I don’t think the cab is 78” high at this point, but the antenna may be an issue since it’s roof mounted.

I do have a tape measure (but no 2x4 or similar) at work, so I went out and checked less scientifically.

Here’s what I’ve decided. Ford actually lists the height at 75.9”, but I think that includes the shark fin portion of the antenna. I think the cab height is only 73.9” when stock as listed other places.

Even with the 1 1/2” front lift (that levels the truck, so it’s NOT a true 1 1/2” ‘lift’). And the 315/70 tires are actually 34.4” compared to 32.7” for the stock tires. That means the tires only lift the truck about 7/8”. I feel like 76” is a stretch for the height of my cab. I’ll try to get a better measurement later, but that should be pretty darn close.

Hope that helps for now!

It’s tough to get a completely accurate picture since the top of the tire and control arm aren’t at the same height. The tape measure isn’t really lined up with anything - it’s just there for reference. My earlier post indicated about 1.5-1.75” of clearance, but I think it’s more like 1.25-1.5”.

Again, if you put 35x12.5s or 315/70s on the stock wheels (8.5” wide and +55), you’ll be about 3/4-7/8” CLOSER to the control arm. That’s a no go for me on a tire with this much sidewall.

I have 315/70R17 on factory beadlock and they are extremely close hahaha, so i will be looking at an +30 offset wheel
