I have had mine for a few weeks now and love it. It’s perfect for me. I got some cheap towel material seat covers from Amazon, two ford swing case tool boxes, ford bed mat and tailgate cover, cool tow hitch from weigh safe, a gator soft bed cover, raxiom speed form throttle controller, and am waiting for my ford splash guards. I do a lot of dirt roads, more in hunting season so the splash guards are a must. I’m happy so far. The only annoyance is when pulling my Atv trailer the truck intermittently tells me lights are out and it’s disconnected. I just need to figure out the trailer stuff on the touch screen I think.

Verify lighting connections on the trailer and that all lights are working properly.
The most common problem with trailer lighting is poor grounding, so check those connections.
Also ensure the grounding from the trailer to truck is good. Some people rely on the ball hitch as a ground, but that is insufficient.

I know what to do now. I forgot I had to mess with the ground on a trailer I had before. Thanks!

Fellow 2024 XLT FX4 Owner. Let’s see that load out for the those truck bed boxes, I need more justification for the wife.

They are a must have! I have pretty much all the tools I would need to get me out of a jam, tire repair kits, tow rope, jumper cables, slime air pump, trailer jack, 1/2” and 3/8 tool kits, 1/2” pull bar, etc. those little white things are stick on led lights from Lowe’s that work great. They were 12 bucks. I will take pics in the daylight.

very nice! Why did you get the throttle controller? Sorry, I just don’t understand its purpose.

Mine is great. I've had it for six weeks and needs a wash. Just added the Leer shell. I'm a HAM and now have a couple of antennas and radios to install. Now I have good mount locations! More to follow.

Very nicely equipped. I gotta say that the hitch is going to hang up on something, that will be awkward. If it bottoms out on a steep concrete driveway it will jar the truck and rattle your fillings! Do you really need it that low? You could always saw off the extra material at the bottom. I did that to an Andersen hitch. Leave a little extra hanging down to act as a skid plate for that expensive ball mount.

Do me a big favor and take all your stuff out of those two side boxes and lay it out beside them, take a picture, I am trying to get a feel for their capacity. Do you miss the use of the rear tiedowns? Thanks.

It levels my trailer out perfectly. If I went shorter it would be high in the front. I don’t really off-road at all, just deer camp roads.

It takes the lag out of the drive by wire system. The power is immediate. It really is cool. It was cheap enough to try it and see if I like it. I keep it on eco mode mostly.
