Window Feature Missing on ‘24 Raptor Ranger - Bring down all 4 via FOB

I noticed today that my Ranger Raptor 2024 seems to be missing the ability to bring down all 4 windows via the FOB. I believe it’s called global open and global close. I press unlock than release than press a 2nd time, this time holding it… nothing. I don’t see an option to enable/disable in the settings either (picture included). This seems like something Ford should be fixing.

Not sure if you are doing this or not; Try pushing unlock and let go, then push and hold a second time. Need to push twice.

That’s what I’ve tried. My initial post was a bit unclear on that. I edited it.

It would be under windows on your screen but I don't see it there. I know it's on my Lariat FX4 as I was into the settings the other day to get my mirrors to fold when I lock it, turned that feature off in winter as wouldn't want to break the motors if it was frozen.
Currently mines off for windows but I might turn it on.

Yah I also don’t see it in settings. I do have the side mirror options.

I just tried key fob for opening/closing windows on my truck. It worked. Windows opened, then I was able to close them too.

Mulchbags2, my Lariat was built on 8/25/24 and was missing that feature, as well as many others. My info screen looks exactly like yours. Ford is supposed to be working on a fix, but I'm not holding my breath.

Just checked my truck screen. I have window listed on screen.

So your has the feature many of us are missing. I had a bad about getting mine on Friday the 13th, LOL. I just got off the phone with my dealer and they said they will contact Ford and get back to me.

Just got back from the dealer who tried to install the Window feature. They were unable to do so and the service manager said he would contact Ford. I got a call from him saying he spoke to a Ford tech who admitted they are aware of the problem and are working on fix. He also said he would send me a copy of the email from Ford as well as a copy of the work they attempted to do today. When that arrives I will post anything new Ford has to say.

For people missing the window function. Did your Ranger Raptor have the recall done for the driver/passenger windows? Mine has a recall for window modules to be updated. I'm wondering if the recall fix eliminates the window from touch screen.
