All in All I would take an Oxford white if that's all they had, the platinum White is beautiful. Except for touch up paint. Will never match good as Oxford white But it IS BEAUTIFUL. I liked the red as well but it's a little loud for my tastes. Looks great in sunlight
Yeah, I know the touch up will be a pain, but it is a truck after all. I figured if I was going to get white, I'd at least like it to look a little cooler than plain (oxford) white. I'm excited to get mine. Hopefully mine will change to waiting for shipment tomorrow. The blend date was Saturday. Fingers crossed.
Did you get the ebony interior or the stone? Maybe we can have an Oregon get together later this year....
The Lariat trim did not provide options, so Ebony I get. Unlike Tom’s, I’m also getting the Magnetic trim (grill, bumper, fender wells, etc) rather than the chrome.
Hmmm, I was able to get the stone interior in a Lariat. I liked the chrome bumpers, but the whole chrome package was a bit too much chrome for me, so I've got white bumpers, etc. I liked the sport appearance, but didn't care for the dark wheels. I agonized over some of the options - at least the way Ford required you to package them. If I could pick and choose I'd do chrome bumpers with the sport appearance package minus the wheels. I still think what I got will look good - I just get concerned about getting the painted bumpers scratched up when I go down brushy Forest Service roads.
Patience is the hard part.....
