Appreciate the response, as mentioned im not after the exact measurement, but more so how they feel. Icarus will shred thin foam. Im not worried about cat voms, im worried about claw marks. Do they feel tear resistant or not so much.

Thanks again, its a weird ask I know, but if I'm gonna drop some money on something that isn't just a bunch of blankets, id like to know.
Neoprene is a resilient material and also doesn't tear easy. It's stretchable. Scuba divers suits are made of neoprene.

Thanks wikipedia. Look if you dont want to give an opinion on them, since you had them in a previous truck, and why you got them, thats cool. Dont worry dude, Ill keep looking. All I want to do is transport my cat around with out ruining the seats. I understand you may not believe me on why im asking, but we do take him around.

I just ordered a set last week at $748 shipped ... original, no piping just like in OP pics.

Can you confirm if the rear seat center doesn't close all at? Or just needs to be pushed a little to break in and fit? It's REALLY bugging me.

Really wish we could get those DingoTrail covers from AUS.

It closes but doesn't clutch tight. I'll take a picture tomorrow.

Thanks! I had a set that lasted 17+ years thru 2 Tacomas, and considering the insane Phoenix heat ... the neoprene just always worked great.

haha, that $748 is small price to pay to save your butt from that PHX heat. I live in So Cal and it rarely get super hot but it makes a huge difference.

I actually picked them up directly from Costa Mesa when I lived in HB. There, they worked great for coming off the ocean! Just all in all, awesome experience owning them.

The thickness of the covers is a factor because the factory clearance is tight.

In your experience does the neoprene keep its shape or stretch out? because my factory seats already look like trash after a couple thousand miles.

They don't stretch much after 5 years. They looked good still when I sold my 2019. My usage might be different then yours tho. My commute was about 14k miles per year. These will keep your seat in better condition if you decide to take them off down the road. My opinion is if you plan to keep your truck long term and care about maintenance. Get them.

Thanks for the feedback. I typically get rid of vehicles after about three years, so that will work for me.

The 17yo+ covers I mentioned above I had between two gen2 Tacomas. The top/outer edges started to wear first over time from getting in and out. The piping was the first to fray after ~5 years. As the foam settled, the covers actually looked better, far less puffy around seams. Very easy to sponge/cloth shampoo and clean while on the seats every few years.

Man I hate to cover up the leather but these look good, and between my kid and dog seat covers are a must.

From your username, you're in AZ ... PHX? These 115F days are brutal burning on leather!

I wouldn't get these if I had gotten a TRD PRO or AT4X cause those have ventilated seats.
