Toyota did that on the Land Cruiser 200 Series, yes it is out of danger of dragging (but ONLY when the trailer cable isn’t plugged in) and yes, in the long term it is truly a royal pain in the ass, especially in inclement weather if you have to kneel on wet or muddy ground and fumble around under the bumper. It would never be my first or even second choice for relocating the RR socket…..

I swore at mine every time I used it, for seven years…

I hear you, but it is recessed just enough that it's easy to find without having to crawl under and look up. It's not as far in or behind as the Toyota design.

RR does not have room with the full size 33” spare.
I’ve commented the same. No one at this point has installed one, including Oreo_Five8. The vendor doesn’t show any photos of the underside of the truck.🇺🇸

I received these two pics showing the relocated Trailer Plug Tuck Kit harness and a factory 33” tire (Ranger Raptor). I think that some extra care should be taken when raising the spare,, but the clearance looks good to me.

Waiting on mine as well, I guess we'll all find out about the same time.

I also ordered the American Adventure Lab kit, I was told about 3-4 weeks before it would ship out.
I was hoping someone on here had installed one, and would have some feedback.
I didn't even see anything on the page about lead times for this. Jeeze Louise.

I called 10 days after I placed the order and asked what was the estimated time frame when they would ship. The relocation brackets were just going out to the powder coater and would ship out when they get them back.

Hey guys, this is Brit at American Adventure Lab. We were alerted to this post by one of our customers. Hopefully I can find some time to be more active here. Loving this truck!

Here are a couple of photos showing the tire clearance on our Raptor Ranger with our Hitch Plug Tuck Kit installed. Tons of room. I think it may even fit with a 35. I'll verify as soon as our tires get here.

We got a ton of these back from powder this morning and they are being packaged up right now for delivery. This was the first run we have been able to produce more than were on order. I made a big pile of textured black ones and Ranger Red (Prismatic Race Red). So, we have more on the shelf than we have orders for at the moment, finally!

We have a ton of other Ranger Raptor products in the works. Can't wait to show them off. If you have any questions, please let me know.

Another option is to cut the bracket off, trim off the unnecessary parts and weld it this way on the driver side inside corner of that bumper looking downwards. It's protected and still easy to find and plug things in.

I have additional reverse lights using up the spaces next to the plate.

That isn't going to work very well if your rear bumper hits the ground with your trailer connected.

Good to hear. Thanks for the business! Lots of them went out today! All of the thin white padded mailers in the latest IG Story are for this product. We'll have a lot more going out tomorrow as well, including some of the Raptor Red ones. That should get us completely caught up on these.

Good comment! I added some photos to the product page. Thanks for the suggestion. I just never thought about people being concerned with the clearance since it wasn't much closer than the OE location.
