Do you have to recalibrate the computer?
If you want your speedo to be accurate and shift points to be where intended, you would need to recalibrate for the larger tires. Also, the increased rolling mass will have some affect on braking, but probably not significantly so.

Just so you guys all know a 295/70R18 is the same as a 35” tire and still rubs 🤦🏼‍♂️
