Other photos that I've seen didn't have the red tint like on the website. I'm wondering if the white balance was off due to the lights on the grille. I plan on buying a set and trying them out, so we shall know for certain in a few weeks

I ordered a set. As long as the modules work for US spec, I’m pretty sure I’ll be good with the color. If not, I’d rather use these to try putting different color LEDs on than the factory modules.

Has anyone here seen what work it takes to remove the headlights (since that sounds like what we'll need on our US Ranger Raptors for this to work)? I can't find a video or something that shows it.

Yes, I've personally done it. You will be removing the grille, the lower painted fascia, the inner fender liners, the fender flares, some inner structures around the headlights, and loosening the fenders. I was supposed to do a full write up before I ran into health troubles and haven't gotten back around to it yet

Thanks. Sounds very involved. How much time did it take you the first time? I'm starting to doubt this is worth it for a purely cosmetic change that I'll barely ever see since I'm driving.

Since I didn't know what all needed to come off or in what order or where any hidden fasteners were, it took probably like 3 or 4 hours. Now that I know where it all is, I could probably take it apart and have it back together in less than a couple hours. The worst part are the snap in panels around the grille because it feels like you're going to break something the whole time you pull on it

Can somebody please confirm this works on US models?

I know we don't have the wheel well access panel like the overseas models do, but I don't mind pulling the entire assembly out to swap the boards assuming the boards are plug and play and everything works.

They supposedly have instructions for NA model also. I pre order early. So, I'll find out in a week or so.

They said it would work for the NA model but the instructions provided only showed the panel method (which doesn't apply for us). When I contacted them, they said they were aware and were going to come up with new instructions to make it work for the NA model (likely removal of the headlight).

Removal of the headlight would be fine, as long as the board itself works with US spec trucks. There might be differences in plugs, voltages, etc. Also, overseas models come with matrix headlights, so the design might be different. The fact that they didn’t realize US spec trucks don’t have that nifty wheel well access hatch tells me they haven’t actually tested it on US trucks and might not know if the headlight/DRL design is any different.

That being said, I hope they work and will order a set once somebody confirms they work with our trucks. Thanks to @Peter949 for being the guniea pig on this.

I'd like to see it next to another raptor or something that has OEM amber lights. Curious if the color is similar.

Yes! I was wondering the same thing. I’d want it similar to the F150 Raptor ambers.
