My Ranger is a 2024 XLT, without power seats. My question, is the wiring harness there to connect the upgraded seats? I’m thinking I might look for the better seats to make mine more comfortable. How hard would it be?

My guess is no. Why I say that is o took the bed accessory panels off a 24 and a 25 to see if the wiring was in the 25 since they removed the 12v outlet. And it was not. Best way to check is pull back the carpet under the seat. It should already be cut. Feel around. You might get lucky.

Super simple...just trade her in on the one you want. Way more reasonable to add ac to your current seats than to add power seats to your current truck. I'm not a tech, I'm a salesman. All the cost cutting measures that companies take these days, I seriously doubt they add the future ability for someone to add power seats. If that harness is under there i bet it's between a unicorn and a pot o' gold. I mean no, it's not there...probably
