Ranger Raptor 2024 Homelink distance

Anyone else having issues with the HomeLink and garage door distance? I know it is set up right, but I have to get like 3 feet from my door for the Garage to open. On my Explorer, I can open from the street. I reset HomeLink three times and resynced. Same issue. Is this a known issue with the Ranger Raptor?

I use mine for my garage and the gate to my property. Both start working about 150 feet away.

My HomeLink works from about 100 feet. The Chaimberlain remote works from about 300 feet.

Don't get me started on backing into the garage. When it comes time to drive out the next day, there's no closing the garage.

I’m having the same problem. Even tried to extend the garage door opener antenna an it didn’t help at all.

If you use LED lights in your garage (like almost everyone these days), that could be causing interference and issues with it working.

Surprisingly, I've read that cheap led bulbs in the opener, or near it, can create interference with the signal. Mine works from. 150' away for what its worth

My 2017 F150 also had the HomeLink in it and it worked great from about 100 feet away. I also have it in my 2024 Ranger and it is horrible have to be in front of the door (about 3 feet) and sometimes have to press it a few times to get it to work.

LiftMaster makes a repeater kit Model 855LM and the Service Bulletin number is 2011-20. they also make an Antenna Extender Kit part number 41A3504 I haven’t tried either one yet. I think HomeLink is manufactured by Johnson Controls. If and when I decide to try one of them I will report my findings.

wifes explorer has zero issues and I don’t have any leds that are auto. I have one but it’s on a switch and off

With my Lariat I have to be right next to the door. Sucks. Standard remote works over 100 feet away so it must be a known Ford issue.
