And I just fixed it...

Use a 90 degree pick through the vent in the center of that trim. With the piece pulled off you can see the pick tool under the female end of the clip. Put some upward pressure on there and snap it back together. No more lump.

Dealer will just try to bodge this with glue. Give it a shot, and use light pressure.
What piece are referring to when u said with the piece pulled off you can see the pick tool under female end of clip?

Hello all! Newbie here to the forum. I noticed today the right side above the screen on my ranger raptor is lifted more so than the left side. Has anyone else run into this? Couldn't find anything about it from looking around. I can fully lift up the right side unlike the left side. It is barely noticable but regardless, still noticeable. It only recently started to look like this as I would have noticed it within the last month prior. I'm thinking of using double-sided tape or even some glue but wanted to get some thoughts before doing so. I was able to fully lift the right side up but don't want to do that as bending it in the wrong direction will only make it worse. Like I said the left side is completely stable and does not lift up. Tried my best to circle what I'm referring to via my phone's image editor.

Basically you are trying to push up on the dash material that the padded trim piece clips into while pushing down onto the padded trim piece.

Excuse my crappy picture, but its the best I could do with my amazon snake cam. Use something thin and rigid enough (coat hanger) to push up on the material with the red arrows while using your hand to push down on the top of the padded trim piece. I didn't hear or feel a distinct click of the clip locking in, but it certainly isn't sticking up above the glossy trim anymore.
