Does anyone have Method 318 wheels on their Ranger Raptor? I recently purchased a set and when I went to get them installed the hub ring doesn't fit on the hubs!

Thanks in Advance.

I don't have the 318, but rather the 703s. These are the specs that fit my RR:

  • Backspacing: 6.20"
  • Center Hub Bore: 93.25mm
  • Bolt Pattern (PCD): 6 x 5.5

Just passing this along from one of Method's engineers:

" Hub rings are really not necessary with our wheels since they are engineered to be lug centric not hub centric. The lugs accurately center the wheel."

Purely an FYI

The hub centric rings Method sent on my 703 wheels were the wrong size also. I did have a bit of vibration. I tried to get some rings from my local parts store and no one working there even heard of hub centric rings. I ended up getting them from amazon. It, for me at least, got rid of the vibration.

The rings you need are 106.10 OD - 93.10 ID

Unfortunately I don't know the answer to that. They were delivered to my dealership and they installed them. I never saw them before they were installed. If I get a chance this weekend I might try and drop the spare to check.

The product page on Ford Accessories does say they are hub centric for Bronco but doesn't specifically state they come with hub rings.

The Method specs say the 703 are hub centric for common applications.

No vibration on mine. I believe they are about 1lb lighter per wheel than stock. Maybe between that and the offset they seem to chirp a little more on takeoff than stock.

I have both the Ford Performance 703 and a set of standard Method 703. I can confirm the For Performance ones are hub centric with no rings. The standard ones are lug centric.
