First of all, I thought I would love this truck!

So far I have had more problems than expected.

The key fob would not unlock or lock the vehicle or start it remotely. I had to use the FordPass app to start the vehicle.

The cab heat does not work like it should seems I can put it on 80+ degrees and it’s lukewarm. When I put it on 75 it’s like the air conditioner is running.

This will be my seventh time in for repairs since I bought the vehicle around Christmas.

Any others having issues like this?

Sorry to hear you're having these issues! I only have 1,200 miles on mine and don't have any issues. I will say that at around 68ÂşF I can feel the heat kick into the cabin and it's stranger than from my 2013 Ford Focus. I wish it was more gradual. My body always overheats though so I keep my car at 65ÂşF for A/C or 75ÂşF for heat.

Have you had multiple repair attempts for the same issue(s)? If so, sounds like it's past time to Lemon Law the truck.

Did everything work properly at delivery or did you see issues then?

Sounds like the key fob lost the program match to the truck. Have you gone through the process to re-program the fob?

Thanks for your feedback. Took into dealer and tech wrote NPF, I’m still wanting to re-program key fob, although it seems to be working.

regarding heat and air issues, tech sat in truck with me and said “sorry but this is how it is,” but acknowledged that passenger and drivers heat and cool temps do not change when on separate settings! NPF! I’m living with it for now. Tech is contacting engineer.

Sorry, repair tech, but this IS NOT how it is. Sounds like you should take it to a different Ford shop, a shop with techs that know what they are talking about. I don't know about anyone else, but I can confirm the heating and cooling in the truck does actually work, the air temp does actually change when you adjust the temp setting, heat blows warm to hot air, A/C blows cool to cold air. For that tech to essentially tell you everything is working as intended is absurd.
Regarding the key fob, you can reprogram that yourself. There's a spot in the center console to place the fob for the reprogram, review the owners manual for the steps to do this.
