I cant seem to find the last part you mentioned. Are you sure it isnt this: N1WZ17626VC ?
VC suffix is the complete assembly that includes the parking sensors. P suffix does not. Holes will still be there though. I have not had that piece of the truck but they should be easy to swap over. Call whomever you are ordering from they should be able to get you the cheaper part number.

I think Im going to have to stop by the dealership because some of these parts arent making sense. And this is starting to get way more expensive than I anticipated.

My correction did not update. The VC part number you found actually has the silver trim, the black plastic trim piece and both parking sensors included. Everything that has a yellow square next to it is included with N1WZ17626VC.

You can also call up whatever parts supplier you are looking at on the internet. I just use the public facing Ford parts site, anyone with access to the dealer side parts diagrams will be able to help you a little better than I can.
